Meet Your Doctor

    William S Akey

    I am a 1992 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. I completed a general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis before returning to my hometown and entering private practice in
    1993. I maintain a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and memberships in the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and International Dental Implant Association.

    I formerly served on Test Construction Committees for National Board Dental Examinations and served on a review committee for the Commission of Dental Accreditation. In addition, I am an adjunct faculty member at Northcentral Technical College's Dental Hygiene Program. My spare time is spent with my wife, son, and two daughters.
